Debbie Baxter is a portrait photographer that brings out the beauty in the ordinary, the magic in the mundane, and the perfection in the imperfection. She works with her clients to shine light on who they really are and the moments and things that they truly value. To her, this is more important than a pretty sweater, a fake smile, or a void embrace. Being raised around a very sick mother and a disabled brother has led her to have tremendous compassion for others, a knowing that life is too short for petty stuff, and a desire to capture people’s beauty with meaningful, inspiring, connected photographs. Using her gifts and talents she photographs individuals, their families, their kids, and their businesses. Other endeavors include story telling projects and photo camps for kids. If you don’t see her in photo action, then she is probably on the soccer field with her husband Brian and their 2 boys Hawk and Zavi. Oh, and last but not least, with her big black dog, Murphy.
